Helping older adults in London stay steady on their feet

If you or someone you care for has had a fall, feels unsteady or has started to avoid things they used to do, it is worth acting early. SteadyMotion Clinical offers falls prevention physiotherapy at home, in care homes and through strength and balance classes across London.

15 minutes by phone. Free, no obligation.

Why we come to you

How someone moves on a treatment table says little about how they manage their own stairs, bathroom or hallway. That is why every home visit assessment happens in the person's own home, and why Clinic Days and classes take place on site in care homes and retirement communities.

How we work

A full assessment, a plan that fits daily life, and a written report you can share with family, your GP or your care team. Family members are welcome to join. Sessions are only recommended when they will help.

Who you will see

Daniel Arias Ruiz is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MSc), registered with the HCPC (PH156002) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

When someone needs wider input, we have access to associates in dietetics, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and psychology.
